Ian Greenwood – Principle, Greenwoods
Ian qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 1981 and has spent his working life in public practice, 25 years of which at Partner level. Ian currently runs his own practice and thoroughly enjoys dealing with the Inland Revenue on a day-to-day basis!! Specialisations include advising owner managed businesses on their strategies and management.
Anjuna Kalsi – HR Consultant
Anjuna’s reputation amongst senior international life science leaders is one that opens doors and strengthens networks. This is particularly as a result of the contribution she has made since 1994 as an international HR Director at Ranbaxy and Chiron Corporation and then, more recently, as President for Ken Clark International and as Regional Director-Africa for a medical charity. As Senior Director-Human Resources for Chiron Corporation she built a credible and robust HR group at the European HQ in London. This incorporated the commercial and development activities for the Biopharmaceutical Division prior to Chiron’s acquisition by Novartis, when she led the European integration project.
Before this she was Head of Human Resources for Europe, Africa & CIS at Ranbaxy Laboratories. Between 1994 and 2001 she was charged by the Board with special projects for the US and Latin America. These included Talent Management, Global Job Evaluation, leadership development, performance management and Organisational Development across a complex and culturally diverse organisation.
In her earlier career, Anjuna held senior finance roles within the media and shipping industries where improvement of business processes were a major focus.
Outside work, Anjuna is a Patron to a children’s home in Kenya, holds several NED positions with small businesses and regularly speaks at the India Business Council.
Academically Anjuna has an honours degree in Modern European Studies and a MBA and linguistically speaks fluent French, Hindi and Punjabi is her second language.

Claire works as a freelance marketing communications and PR consultant providing assistance to a variety of small local businesses including retail business in various sectors, equestrian and race clothing, stud farms, retail businesses, communication agencies and life science companies. She has over 10 years experience at managerial level and set up Blue Lizard Marketing in 2004.
Anita McCallum – Business and marketing consultant to PiR Interims
Anita brings over 20 years' experience in marketing, change management, and consultancy to PiR Interims. She not only is a seasoned strategist and business manager but has worked as an interim executive for a significant part of her career at senior management and board level, giving her a unique overview of the recruitment process. She has worked for companies as diverse as Transport for London, Thomas Cook Global & Financial Services, KLM uk, Anglian Water Group and Centrica, and also lectures for the CMI (Chartered Management Institute) on a wide range of business topics.
