How to become an Interim with PIR

During an interview with a member of the PiR Interims team, we will assess whether we can assist you in launching your interim career. This will include ensuring you have thought through all the pro’s and con’s and, if required, introducing you to an existing, experienced interim who can give you further insight.

We can also refer you to some useful contacts to help you set up; this will include professional advisors such as accountants, lawyers and insurers.

Of course if you are an experienced interim who wishes to work for a PiR client, your needs will be different. However, we will run through our criteria and contractual processes and ensure that we can work together.

Part of PiR’s process includes a robust validation process. This includes taking up references with at least two recent clients.

Once all the due diligence aspects have been covered, we can start talking to you about current assignments and encourage you to sign up to email alerts.

A member of the Interims team will handle the client communication and negotiation.
