Key Stakeholders: Global VP of Business Development (US); VP Business Development; VP Programme Management (US)

Interim profile: Technical/Projects Director with expertise in pharmaceutical Technical, R&D and Business Development, in particular: developing new technologies and products for global health care markets (early concept to launch); programme management, divesting products and technologies

Assignment Objective: Divestment of non-core products

KPIs:

  • ‘best price’ contract to achieve 70% target by end of year
  • minimal use of internal resource support
  • pragmatic approach to assess product ‘bundling’ and optimise speed of disposal

QUALIFIED PERSON for virtual pharma company

Key stakeholders: Director International Regulatory Affairs and US based VP Quality

Interim Profile: A quality professional in the global pharmaceutical industry with extensive experience of planning, managing and improving quality assurance and quality control activities for multiple company sites.

Assignment Objectives: To meet the timelines for the filing of the US application for key product by end of year; followed by the European filing in the first quarter of the following year.

KPIs:

  • Ensuring that systems are EU-GMP compliant in line with the requirements of the CTD
  • Batch release of CT supplies
  • Audit reports of all facilities in supply chain including third parties
